Return and exchange policy
Schizophrenia order return policies:
- Products purchased through the website are not returnable through Schizophrenia branches at all.
-The period allowed to return products is five days from the date of receipt of the order.
-The amount is transferred to the customer’s account within 3-5 working days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.
- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded through Tamara or Tabby.
-The return policy does not include the following products: perfume samples.
- Schizophrenia perfumes purchased from other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the application from which they were ordered.
-Orders from outside the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia are not returnable.
Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service in exchange for receiving the order and paying on time. When the product arrives and there is a desire to return, it is deducted for the customer to benefit from it.
-The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please try the perfume through the attached sample only.
Regarding international orders, when you do not receive the order, whether due to lack of response, failure to pay customs duties for your order, or any other reason, the value of customs duties and shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount.
If you wish to return the product and get its value back, you can use the return and refund platform to submit your request.

Steps for recovery in schizophrenia:
1- Submit a return request through the return platform.
2- Shipping the product to be returned (the shipping cost is borne by the customer).
3- After that, the amount will be transferred to your account after the product arrives.
4- Then you can order any perfume you want.
Policies for replacing orders from Schizophrenia:
-The period allowed for replacing orders is five days from the date of receipt of the order.
Schizophrenia will send a paid bill of lading via email within a maximum period of 3 working days to deliver it with the product to the shipping company.
-Shipments outside the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not subject to exchange or return.
-The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please try the perfume through the attached sample only.
